It recognises the contribution by Mr Abani towards this goal. It specifically highlights the case of Prasanth Nahaka of Berhampur, Odisha.<\/p>\n<p>There are many children specially from tribal areas who are victim of this practice and the sad part is that the Government both at the Centre and State are mute spectators.
