As this is the 1st<\/sup> month of the project it was our primary duty to select village level volunteers and the Field Staffs to implement the activities smoothly.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n At the beginning of the project one orientation training programme was organized to sensitize the staffs recruited for the project. On this day the staffs\/volunteers were oriented on the objectives and activities of the project. Except this the staffs were clarified about their Role & Responsibilities towards the projects.\u00a0 Most priority area of the training program was to sensitize the volunteers on the issues of Child \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Rights and Child participation.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Before executing of the project there is need of Base line information of the propose project area. In this connection we had prepared one base line data base format and conducted survey works in all 30 villages by appointing a survey team.<\/p>\n As this is the new project and all most all the villagers are ignore about the project we had conducted 30 numbers of village level induction meetings regarding the launching of the project. During this meetings different type of stake holders i.e the SMC members, PRI members, SHG members, Youth Club members and the children were participated. As this is one issue base meeting the participants enjoy the meeting a lot.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The project is totally a child centric project and it is our primary role to sensitize the children by united them \u00a0and attract them to a common forum. So our field staffs move village to village and identified the potential child leaders and motivate them in 1st<\/sup> priority to make them united. In the initial stages of<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n motivation different activities like folk game, folk talk and folk dance<\/p>\n programme were oragnised at the village level to attract the children to a common forum. Later on when some of the children got motivated small small events like rallies and sports events were organized to gathered them to a common forum. Lastly the children were motivated to form one child clubs each in all villages.
